CO-OPERATION OF PARENTS
Parents are requested to come over to school on “Open days”, after examinations to appraise themselves of their child’s progress in school. Progress reports will be handed over to parents on open day. They must carefully examine the progress of their child and help to improve their child in any weak subject and install regular study habits. Parents should not visit the school during class hours and disturb the teachers. Parents are requested to meet teachers in the evening after 4.00 p.m
ATTENDANCE

Attendance of students on all working days is mandatory.

Absence due to inevitable circumstances will be condoned only on receipt of a written leave application by parents.

Leave on medical grounds must be supported by a medical certificate.

It is compulsory for all students to maintain at least 75% attendance during the course of the academic session, to enable them to appear for the final examination. The percentage will be however relaxed on medical grounds only up to 60%.

No half day leave for any reason except in grave emergency shall be granted.
